  9. RimaTech does not guarantee the security or privacy of user data and communications on the platform. Users should take appropriate measures to protect their personal information and exercise caution while interacting with other users and third parties through the platform.
  10. RimaTech shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts, data breaches, or other security incidents. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and notifying RimaTech of any suspicious activities.
  11. RimaTech does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of third-party services or links available through the platform. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of third-party services before engaging with them. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between users and those third parties, and RimaTech shall not be liable for any resulting damages or disputes.
  12. Users acknowledge and agree that any content, information, or advice obtained through the platform is used at their own discretion and risk. RimaTech shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from reliance on such content, information, or advice.
  13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

User Obligations to Indemnify the Platform

a. Users agree to indemnify and hold RimaTech, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  1. User-generated content submitted to the platform that infringes upon the rights of third parties or violates applicable laws.
  2. User's use of the platform in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
  3. User's engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activities on the platform.
  4. User's violation of the rights of other users or third parties through their interactions or transactions on the platform.
  5. Legal disputes, including intellectual property disputes, defamation claims, or contractual disputes, arising from the user's use of the platform or user-generated content.
  6. User's failure to fulfill their obligations as a buyer, seller, or intermediary in a property transaction facilitated through the platform.

Defense Against Claims:

b. RimaTech reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user. Users shall cooperate with RimaTech in asserting any available defenses.

c. Users acknowledge and agree that the obligations of indemnification in this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions and their use of the platform.

15. Termination and Suspension

Grounds for Account Suspension or Termination

  1. RimaTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any prohibited activities. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

    4. Decision: Based on the investigation and any response from the user, RimaTech will make a determination regarding suspension or termination.
    5. Notification: The user will be notified of the decision to suspend or terminate their account and the reasons for such action.

  5. If a user believes that their account has been wrongly suspended or terminated, they can contact RimaTech's customer support for further clarification and resolution. RimaTech will review the matter and consider any additional information provided by the user before making a final determination.

  6. Effect of Suspension or Termination:
  7. Upon account termination or suspension, the user's access to the platform will be immediately revoked, and the user will no longer be able to access their account or the platform's services. Any user-generated content submitted to the platform may be removed and deleted at RimaTech's discretion.

  8. Users acknowledge and agree that RimaTech's decision regarding account suspension or termination is final and binding.
  9. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Applicable Law for Resolving Disputes

    a. These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    Jurisdiction for Legal Actions

    b. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cyprus. The parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts on the grounds of venue or forum non conveniens.

    c. Users acknowledge and agree that any legal actions or disputes involving RimaTech or the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
